Brink Commerce secures $1 million from Wellstreet and Filip Tysander.
Brink Commerce, a Stockholm, Sweden-based SAAS for ecommerce businesses, announced the completion of $1 million.
The money was provided by Wellstreet via Wellstreet Ventures Fund I and angel investor Filip Tysander, Daniel Wellington’s founder and owner, and includes the founders’ participation. Proceeds will be used to hire more people in the team.
Brink Commerce, founded in 2017 by CEO Kristian Tysander (Filip Tysander's brother), Patrik Antonsson and Marcus Ljungberg, developed a light, high performing, headless e-commerce SaaS platform offered at a flat transactional rate for medium to large enterprise customers. Brink is architected in a way that enables it to scale linearly without limitations and is compatible with any front-end of your choosing and common 3rd party CMS, CRM, PIM and ERP services through API, at low cost.
Prior to this round, the company was funded witha $200k pre-seed round.
