Brödernas, a Stockholm, Sweden-based restaurant chain operator, announced that it was acquired by the local private investor Litorina.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Brödernas was founded in 2017 by the brothers Joakim and Jonas Wiklander and joined in early 2019 by the brothers Monir Kalgoum and Mika Zibanejad. The company built a premium casual dining and fast casual restaurant chain, targeting a broad public by serving burgers, pizza and fresh salads.
