BTX Group was acquired by UK Grow Capital Global Holdings

BTX Group, a Brande (Herning), Denmark-based fashion manufacturer group, announced in a press release that it enetered into an agreement for being acquired by the UK Grow Capital Global Holdings.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

BTX Group, led by CEO Jesper Roe, sells fashion brands such as Brandtex, Cisco, Jensen Women and Signature. The company has declining sales and is not profitable. BTX Group employs approximately 150 employees. The original Brandtex dates back to 1935.
