Bygghemma Group buys up Vitvaruexperten, strengthens its white goods offering.

Bygghemma, an Oskarshamn, Sweden-based retail chain, announced the acquisition of the local white goods retailer Vitvaruexperten.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, and Bygghemma Group intends to run the Vitvaruexperten as an independent unit.

Vitvaruexperten, led by CEO Mikael Hagman, was founded in 2015 and has grown rapidly as an appliance retailer, both offline and online.
