C&B Systemer adds investment from Via Equity

C&B Systemer, a Copenhagen, denmark-based company providing enterprise software to the real estate agency industry, annunced getting into an agreement for selling a part of the company to VIA Equity.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. In conjuction to it, Benjamin Kramarz from Via Equity will join the board of directors while C&B founder, Bjarne Hansen, will resign. The management will be taken over by Tina Ørholm, who will also have an equity ownership in the company together with Thomas Hansen and Jan Gaardboe Jensen.

C&B Systemer, founded in 1978, develops and sells a software suite that enables a one-point entry for real estate agents on every individual estate project. The solution includes CRM, process management, digital documentation, standardized website setup among others.
