CataCap is acquiring Optimeo and merges it with Danaweb.

Optimeo, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based web development and marketing agency, announced that it was acquired by the Danish private investment company Catacap.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, is part of a larger transaction involving the acquisition of Danaweb, the largest Danish provider of homepages and online marketing services. Optimeo and Danaweb will join their operations with the objective of becoming a market leader and have more than 13,000 customers and offer a broad service portfolio to the large SMB segment.

Optimeo, founded in 2013 by Kuno Ystrøm (CEO) and Silas Ystrøm, is a marketing agency providing online services for small and medium stage businesses. The company has more than 40 employees.
