CatCap acquired Dansk Merchant Capital.

Dansk Merchant Capital (DMC), a Copenhagen, Denmark-based financial advisory service provider, announced that it was acquired by the German investment bank CatCap.

Financial details were not disclosed. The deal included the Danish team led by Anders Bo and Flemming C. Pedersen. This is the second Nordic acquisition of CatCap within twelve months, as it acquired Jarl Securities in 2018.

DMC, led by managing partner Flemming C. Pedersen, provides strategic and financial advisory services – within both debt and equity – and with a direct opportunity for facilitating investments and financing. The company manages cross border acquisitions, divestments and mergers, as well as leads IPOs, rights issues or corporate bond issues. DMC is part of Globoscope network.
