Cauldron, a London, UK-based creative studio working on a stealth project, announced a seed funding round closed at $1.4 million

The money was raised from investors from the UK led by Seedcamp and joined by existing investors IQ Capital and Playfair Capital as well as angels Kieran Hill (20VC), Carmen Alfonso Rico (Cocoa) and Vinoth Jayakumar (Molten Ventures).

Cauldron, spun off of London-based Thought Machine in 2021 by CEO Mark Warrick, Matthew Newcombe, Fox Rogers and Matt Hyde, is working on a stealth project which they call Web3 Sci Fi. The company says it is using Unity's gaming platform in order to advance beautiful gamified money apps and devices, such as Vault Rare, Nestlings, Nestlums and Saviour.
