Cervi Talotekniikka was acquired by Saari Partners

Cervi Talotekniikka, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of ventilation services, announced that it entered into an agreementfor selling a majority shareholding stake to Finnish private equity fund Saari I.

Financial details were not disclosed. Current owners CEO Petri Valve and Sales Director Karl Jensen will stay on in their present roles and as substantial minority shareholders of the company.

Cervi offers a complete set of ventilation services, ranging from analysis and measurement to installation and maintenance of ventilation systems. The company employs 100 persons in the Helsinki and Tampere areas and has grown organically from EUR 1.5M to 4M in one year, expecting EUR 6M in 2018.
