Clearhaus was acquired by Unzer together with Quickpay

Unzer, a, Heidelberg, Germany-based software developer for the payment companies, announced that it acquired two Danish payment service providers - Clearhaus and QuickPay, both based in Aarhus.

The deal, which is subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, has the financial details undisclosed.

The founders of Clearhaus and QuickPay remain co-invested as with these acquisitions, Unzer will become a fully integrated payment service provide.

Clearhaus is a payment service provider that focuses on payment processing for online shops in Europe. The company has over 50 employees.

QuickPay is a payment service provider that was also founded in Aarhus in 2004. The company processes transactions for online shops and offers all payment methods common in Europe.
