Codeoscopic added funding from Bonsai Partners.
Codeoscopic, a Madrid, Spain-based insurance company, announced getting into an investment agreement for adding a new investor in the company.
The new shareholder is the Spanish investment company Bonsai Partners, which will take a 20% equity stake. Existing investor, Inveready, was part of the capital raise and maintain its equity share.
Codeoscopic, founded in 2009 and led by president Carlos Rovira, sells an insurance product called Avant2 multitarifier. In 2019 the company acquired Te-Sis Soluciones, an ERP developer for insurance brokerages and plans to launch the commercial version of Versus, its data analytics platform for the insurance market.
