Conscia acquired the German business xevIT.

Conscia, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based operator of IT infrastructure, announced the acquisition of the German business xevIT.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, is the  company’s eighth acquisition since 2014, according to plans to expand its operations in Europe and to double its revenue over a five year period, to reach approximately €560m in 2023.

xevIT, is also in the IT infrastructure business, provider of several unique solutions for the health care sector, including a communication platform that interconnects more than two million users across hospitals, clinics, practitioners, etc.The company has 110 employees and a turnover of DKK 300M ($45M).

Conscia, led by CEO Claus Thorsgaard, is a leading provider of security and IT infrastructure Solutions, based on technology from Cisco, complemented with other leading technology partners. Conscia is owned by the private equity company Nordic Capital, which acquired in 2019.
