Contractbook announced completing a $30 Million Series B round led by Tiger Global.
Contractbook, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SAAS developer of contract management solutions, announced that it secured funds to the company worth of $30 million, in a series B round.
The money was raised from investors led by Tiger Global, with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, byFounders and Gradient Ventures.
Contractbook, founded in 2015 by Christian Bowall, Jarek Owczarek, Niels Martin Brochner (CEO) and Viktor Heide, built a SAAS business that allows customers to automate every single part of a contract workflow to save time, reduce legal errors, make more data-driven decisions and get rid of tedious manual tasks to free up more energy for creative endeavors.
The platform helps small and medium companies with the end-to-end contract management, providing an all-in-one work agreement solution with a simple workflow, easy templates and digital storage.
Contractbook previously raised $9.4 million Series A investment round led by Bessemer Venture Partners in 2020 and €3.5 million in an investment round led by Gradient Ventures in 2019.
