Contractbook secures $9.4 million Series A investment round led by Bessemer Venture Partners

Contractbook, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SAAS developer of contract management solutions, announced that it secured funding totalling $9.4 million.

The money was raised from investors led by US-based Bessemer Ventures and including contributions from Gradient Ventures and existing investor byFounders.

Contractbook, founded in 2015 by Christian Bowall, Jarek Owczarek, Niels Martin Brochner (CEO) and Viktor Heide, built a platform helping small and medium companies with the end-to-end contract management, providing an all-in-one work agreement solution with a simple workflow, easy templates and digital storage.

The company previously raised €3.5 million in an investment round led by Gradient Ventures in 2019.
