Convendum in the working spaces business, and just raised SEK 10M.
Convendum, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company aiming to provide shared, co working spaces, announced securing a SEK 10M ($1.2M) capital investement. The deal was made for 40% of the company purchased by 5 Swedish investors: Ash Pournouri, Per Sundin, Staffan Holm, Kerim Kaskal, and Olle Rex.
Convendum was founded in 2015 by Håkan Jeppsson, with the aim of developing a portfolio of office spaces that can be rented on sharing basis. in January 2016, the company opened its first office hotel and co-working area in the Moodgallerian in Stockholm. The first tenants are the Swiss IT consultancy company Primeur, the fund manager Ambrosia Asset Management and a number of smaller law firms.
The ambition is to open a total of ten office hotels, five in Stockholm, two in Malmö, two in Gothenburg and one in Oslo in the next five years.
