Creades pays $26 million for the acquisition of PRNT.

PRNT, a Lomma (Malmö), Sweden-based company operating an e-commerce and digital printing business, announced that it signed a financial agreement for getting Creades as new investors in the company.

The deal was made for SEK 255 million ($26.5M) which represents the value of a controlling 51% stake in the company, in a transaction that values ​​PRNT at SEK 610 million on a debt-free basis.

PRNT, founded in 2006 by Henrik Huber, Ludvig Persson, Hugo Ljungberg and Carl Bengtsson, built a digital printing operation based on a combination of a highly automated ordering and production process and a successful strategy for digital and social marketing. The company sells its products through, and and in 2019 is expected to have sales of SEK 125 million ($13M) with an operating margin of 40 percent.
