Cybercom was acquired by Formica Capital
Cybercom, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing IT-based consulting services, announced that it was acquired by a Swedish family investment company, Formica Capital.
The deal, which has financial details undisclosed, was made with existing owners JCE Group and Tequity. JCE Group and Tequity had bought Cybercom from the stock exchange in 2015.
Formica Capital becomes the majority shareholder in the new ownership structure, with 51% of the shares. JCE Group owns 41%, Tequity around 6% and CEO Niklas Flyborg around 2%.
Cybercom, founded in 1995 and led by CEO Niklas Flyborg, is an IT consulting firm active in the Nordic region and Poland. In 2018, the company's sales amounted to SEK 1,678M ($173M) and profit to SEK 162 million. The EBIT margin was 9.7%.
