Cykelgear was acquired by Foreman Capital

Cykelgear, a Terndrup, Denmark-based operator of an e-commerce business for bike parts, clothing and accessories, announced that it was acquired by the Dutch private equity investors from Foreman Capital.

Financial details were not disclosed. The deal was made for a majority equity stake in the company.

Cykelgear, founded by Kasper and Erik Buus Larsen, sell everything within bicycles, spare parts, cycling apparel and accessories and strives to be cheap. In the vast range includes a wide choice of among other things bicycles, wheels, frames, tools, etc. from a variety of different brands. The company is activein Denmark with a turnover of more than DKK 200 million ($31M) in 2021.
