Danoffice IT acquired Datacon

Danoffice IT, a Svendborg, Denmark-based integrator and reseller of IT systems, announced that it acquired Datacon Enterprise Solutions, the IT and infrastructure division of Datacon A/S.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Datacon Enterprise Solutions has 50 employees and an office in Allerød, north of Copenhagen, and provides IT infrastructure solutions including networks, storage, servers and hosting.

Danoffice IT, founded in 1995 and led by CEO Lars Baun Jensen, offers a one-stop-shopping platform with an array of products, services and logistical solutions, as it resells and distributes business hardware, software, accessories, and supplies, including desktops and laptop computers.
