Dapresy merges with Confirmit in a deal financed by Verdane and Zobito.

Dapresy, a Norrköping, Sweden-based SaaS platform provider specialized in market and customer research data, announced entering into a merger agreement with Oslo-based Confirmit, a global solutions provider for Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience and Market Research.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Confirmit was acquired by Dapresy's owner, private investment company Verdane, in order to merge it with Dapresy. Verdane is joined by Zobito, an equity growth investor, as co-investor. Verdane had acquired the major equity package in Dapresy in 2017.

Dapresy, founded in 2003 by CEO Tobi Andersson, developed a highly visual data reporting software for market research and customer experience management.

Confirmit, led by CEO Ken Østreng, has a history of highly successful mergers and acquisitions that have strengthened the business and delivered significant value to customers. Previous mergers include: Pulse Train, CustomerSat, Techneos, Integrasco, and IRM.
