DataFolio to raise €2.1M more from angel investors from France
Datafolio, a Lille, France-based software developer used for risk analyzing in the insurance business, announced that it completed a new funding round closed at € 2.1 million ($2.4M).
The money was raised locally from France, from angel investors including the family office Arjo (Founder of La Financière de l'Echiquier), Eric Huet (Founder of Ventech), Fabio Sbianchi (Founder of Octo Telematics), Arnaud Monnier (Founder of the agency Altima-Accenture Interactive), Valerio Caracciolo, Arnaud Rofidal and Serge Brunschwig.
Datafolio, founded in 2020 by Yuri Narozniak, Emmanuel Pierron and Arnaud Rofidal, has developed a platform that provides risk prevention and protection solutions, to be integrated into the applications of non-insurance partners, with a cutting-edge service and at marginal costs thanks to its usage-based models charged in real time according to risk exposure. Its services are made available on a mobile app proposed by its distribution network, or in B2B2C through affinity groups and also in B2B thanks to the integration of its analytics and transactional modules in the digital ecosystems of its partners.
Prior to this round, DataFolio raised €2.2M from Italian investors at the start of 2021.
