DealCircle Raises $750K from SEED Capital and local angel investors

DealCircle, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based investment platform, announced raising a total of $750k.

The money comes from investors including SEED Capital, Alexander Aghassipour (co-founder of Zendesk) and Klaus Nyengaard (former CEO of Just Eat) and unnamed lawyers. The funds will be used for product development and work with customers to improve the user experience.

DealCircle, founded in 2013 by Lars Buch and Bertrand Bisson, developed a members-only investment platform which allows private investors (mainly business angels) to present, validate and execute their investments and monitor their portfolio.

A startup can be invited to DealCircle by a “lead angel”, who acts as an ambassador and promotes syndication.
