Dialogtrail to raise SEK 8 million from Brightly Ventures and Chalmers Ventures.

Dialogtrail, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based software developer of marketing automation tools, announced completing a funding round of SEK 8M ($950k).

The money was raised from investors from Sweden, including Brightly Ventures and Chalmers Ventures.

Dialogtrail, founded in 2018 by Axel Hellström and Oliver Young, developed a software platform helping online merchants easily create and send interactive messages to customers The tool consists partly of a chatbot, ie an automated dialogue with the customer, which enables a new level of customized and targeted direct marketing.

Dialogtrail previously raised money from Chalmers ventures and angel investor Kristofer Hillhammar in 2019.
