Ditmer was acquired by Visma

Ditmer, an Aarhus (Aabyhøj), Denmark-based software company, announced that it was acquired by Visma.

Financial details were not disclosed. The deal's rationale is that Visma will broaden its solutions and services for both the private and public sectors across Denmark.

Ditmer will join Visma’s Custom Solutions Division alongside Visma Consulting, business analytics house Kapacity, web agency Co3, ESDH company IMS, and software house FirstAgenda.

Ditmer, founded in 2000, offers a range of software solutions, most notably in meeting management.
