Dusk Network announced adding $1 million and iFinex Inc as investors in the company

Dusk Network, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based fintech company, announced that it added a $1M strategic investment.

The money was provided by iFinex Inc. as part of a larger collaboration paving the way to creating a regulated Security Token exchange.

Dusk Network, founded in 2018 by Jelle Pol, Emanuele Francioni, Mels Dees, Pascal Putman and Fulvio Venturelli, develops privacy blockchain for financial applications aiming to become a new standard for compliance, control and collaboration. Companies use the Dusk Network blockchain to issue tokens, trade and collaborate via smart contracts.

Prior to this round, the company raised EUR €7.4M in 2018 in a round led by Blockwall, Maven 11, Olymp Capital, Wentworth Hall Family Office, and more.
