Easy Park gets investment from Vitruvian.

Easy Park, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of digital parking services, announced getting into an agreement for selling majority of the shares to Vitruvian Partners.

Existing investor Verdane Capital has retained an option for significant co-investment ahead of closing of the transaction.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

Easy Park, founded in 2001 and led by CEO Johan Birgersson, developed a service that helps find and pay for parking in 700 cities across 11 countries.

In 2016, the company recorded SEK 200M ($24M) in revenues with SEK 40M in profit. Easy Park also owns m-parking in Germany, Parkit in Israel and Payway in Finland.
