Easymeeting adds investment from Erik Must

Easymeeting, a Tromsø, Norway-based company providing videoconferencing software solutions, added Norwegian angel investor Erik Must as backer in the company.

The financial details of the transaction are not disclosed, while the investment is made through Erik Musk's investment company Fondsavanse.

Easymeeting, founded in 2008 by Hans Johan Tofteng and led by CEO Patrik Ankarstad, is a spinoff from Avikom, which owns the majority of the shares. Avikom, also controlled by Hans Johan Tofteng and co-owned by Thoralf Willumsen, Inge Falck Olsen and Eivind Simonsen, is a holding company managing, selling and installing complete meeting rooms for video conferencing, as well as bundles of service-and implementation packages.
