EcoOnline acquired UK-based provider of EHS software Airsweb.

EcoOnline, a Tønsberg, Norway-based company provider of chemical safety and other HSEQ management software products, announced the acquisition of Airsweb, an UK-based EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) software developer.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

EcoOnline, founded in 2000 and led by CEO Göran Lindö, is a provider of workplace health and safety software within chemical management for SMB’s and large customer segments.

Airsweb is a developer of the multi-country cloud-based platform AVA, designed for rapid deployment and known for its simplicity, configurability and ease of use. Airsweb have more than 90 large enterprise clients, with the total of 500,000 users globally.
