Ecura Helse og Omsorg, an Oslo, Norway-based care company providing assisted living, home care, rehabilitation and staffing services, announced that it made two acquisitions - Asor Helse and Accurate Care.

The two companies had revenues of NOK118M ($14M) and NOK 65M ($8M), respectively, in 2017.

Both companies have enjoyed solid growth in their respective markets and will benefit from added resources in the larger platform of Ecura. The acquisition of Asor Helse and Accurate Care will further strengthen Ecura in the home care market and provide a strong presence in the Oslo region.

Asor Helse, based in Oslo, is a provider of home care and health services in the Norwegian market, with a focus on elderly care, personal assistance to disabled, and home health care.

Accurate Care provides temporary staff for hire and qualified health personnel for permanent employment to the Norwegian health and care market.

Ecura Helse og Omsorg is owned by Norwegian private equity investor LongShip, which purchased it through its Fund I in 2017.

The sellers will reinvest part of the proceeds in Ecura, alongside Longship, management and other investors. Longship will remain the majority owner.
