EduMe raised $1.8m in seed funding in a round led by Connect Ventures.

EduMe, a London, UK-based provider of a SAAS, mobile-first training platform for other businesses workforce, raised $1.8m in seed funding.

The round was led by Connect Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Pietro Bezza, Managing Partner, Connect Ventures, will join the Board of director.

The funds will be used for business expansion.

EduMe, founded in 2016 by CEO Jacob Waern, devloped a mobile first corporate training and communication platform for other companies' workforce. The company works with customers including Uber and announced that the UK and Germany are the most recent Uber markets to start using its platform.
