Eggtronic raised $10 million in series A backed by Rinkelberg Capital

Eggtronic, a Modena (Bologna), Italy-based manufacturer of power electronics, wireless charging and data over power technology and products, announced that it closed a $10 million Series A capital funding.

The money was provided by Rinkelberg Capital  and an investment fund managed by an unnamed investment bank in Milan. Proceeds will be used for the development of a new integrated circuits division with Eggtronic's R&D.

Eggtronic, founded in 2012 and led by CEO Igor Spinella, is a premium power electronics company, producing power electronics and wireless power supply sensors for technological devices. The company's products include wireless battery chargers, USB hubs, smart chargers, power supplies, motherboards, X86, ARM, and microcontrollers, enabling businesses to order and deploy smart, long-lasting, and affordable power adapter and wireless charging components.

Prior to this round, Eggtronic raised $7 million in capital investment.
