Elektrobyrån acquired K & K Väst El AB.

Elektrobyrån, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based provider of electric instalations solutions, announced that it acquired all the shares of K & K Väst El AB.

The financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

K & K Väst El AB, founded in 1999 and led by CEO Christer Pettersson, focuses on new production of apartments in the Gothenburg area with a turnover of approximately 40 million and 20 employees.

Elektrobyrån Hjo AB, led by CEO Christoffer Olbrich, has sales of approximately 80 million with 70 employees and is active in electricity, automation and cooling. The company is today established in Hjo, Tibro, Karlsborg, Skövde, Vinninga / Lidköping, Götene, Mariestad and Bankeryd.
