Elvie extends series C with £12.7 million from Blume Equity and existing investors.
Elvie, a London, UK-based operator of a lifestyle brand developing products for women, announcd extending its series C funding round with £12.7 million ($17.5M).
The money was raised from investors led by Blume Equity, a PE firm that focuses on the food and health sectors, joined by existing investors IPGL, Hiro Capital and Westerly Winds.
The company initially announced raising a £58M funding round led by BGF in July 2021.
Elvie, founded in 2013 by CEO Tania Boler and Alexander Asseily, is a health and lifestyle brand developing smarter technology for women. Elvie’s products include Elvie Trainer, an award-winning app-connected Kegel trainer that helps women strengthen their pelvic floor and Elvie Pump, the world’s first silent wearable breast pump. In October 2020, the company brought to market two new breastfeeding products, Elvie Catch and Elvie Curve.
