Enabled Robotics in a DKK 18.2 million capital raise.

Enabled Robotics, an Odense, Denmark-based robots manufacturer for mobile platforms, announced completing a capital raise closed at DKK 18.2 million ($2.8M).

The money was raised from investors from Denmark including existing shareholders Per Eld Ibsen and Science Ventures Denmark A/S.

Enabled Robotics, founded in by CEO Lars-Peter Ellekilde with the Science Ventures Denmark as a spin-out of the University of Southern Denmark (Syddansk Universitet), produces a mobile robot, the ER-FLEX, a cobot (mobile collaborative robot) with easy and intuitive programming and providing the flexibility of a robot arm, mobility of an autonomous robot and integrated software for developing smart applications. The robot's business cases includes the labor shortage and reduce the cost of automation for companies of any size.
