Ento Labs secured $3.6 million in a round led by byFounders and joined by Voyager and angel investors.
Ento Labs, an Aarhus, Denmark-based B2B software startup developing a tool used for monitoring and analyzing energy consumption, announced securing a $3.6 million seed round.
The money was raised from investors led by the Nordic based venture fund byFounders and the American fund Voyager as well as a group of private angel investors.
Ento Labs, founded in 2019 by CEO Henrik Brink, Bo Tranberg, Kasper Bjørn Nielsen and Malte Frederiksen, developed a SaaS solution for public and commercial building owners that can monitor and analyze energy consumption in buildings and automatically provide suggestions for energy optimizations, without installing new hardware, The company’s “virtual energy advisors” provide a prioritized list of suggested energy optimizations based on already available energy data, making the process quick and easy compared to traditional energy optimization processes. It says it is already monitoring 6,000 commercial and public buildings
