FACT-Finder sells the company to Genui

Fact-Finder, a Hamburg, Germany-based e-commerce search and merchandising platform, announced that it sold a moajor part of the company.

The deal has the financial details undisclosed and was made with the private investment company from Hamburg, Germany, Genui. Founder Carsten Kraus will step down as CEO and remain closely connected to the company as a member of the Advisory Board for Innovation.

Fact Finder, founded in 2001 by Carsten Kraus, developed a software platform for search, navigation and merchandising in e-commerce. The technology is used by more than 1,800 digital resellers.
