Finnish Kotipizza Group acquires the business operations of Pizzataxi

Kotipizza Group, a Helsinki, Finland, publicly listed pizza chain, has announced that it acquired all business operations of Helsinki Pizzapalvelu Oy.

Pizzapalvelu operates the Pizzataxi restaurant chain which comprises 22 restaurants operating in the Helsinki region and Southern Finland. In 2016, Pizzataxi's chain-based sales amounted to approximately 6 million euros.

Kotipizza Group plans to merge the restaurants with the operations of the Kotipizza chain, consisting of about 260 restaurants
