Fira adds capital investment from Ilmarinen.

Fira, a Vantaa, Finland-based construction company, announced getting into an investment agreement with the Finnish penison fund Ilmarinen.

The deal, which has the financail details undisclosed, was made for a 10% equity stake in the company and includes an opportunity to increase ownership in the future.

Fira Group, led by managing director Jussi Aho, includes Fira Oy, which is the main contractor for a wide range of new, renovation and residential construction projects, as well as Fira Palvelut Oy, a company specializing in pipe renovation. The Group's revenue forecast for 2016 is approximately EUR 165 million.
