First Agenda receives DKK 18M from Vækstfonden, partners with Microsoft, wants to expand in US its cloud-based SAAS for meeting management.
First Agenda, an Aarhus, Denmark-based company providing software as a service solutions for meeting management, secured DKK 18M ($2.9M) in capital investment from VF Venture (Vækstfonden).
At the same time, the company partnered with Microsoft in a move that will help the company to expand its services in USA.
First Agenda, founded in 2015 and led by CEO Kasper Lyhr, developed two products - Prepare and Assistant - which are digital meeting solutions, optimizing all stages in the process of preparing for, organizing and following up on meetings. The company claims to have more than 35,000 active users, from both the public and private sectors, and 150,000 meetings held using their products.
