Flatfrog, the Swedish multi-touch hardware manufacturer, raises $6.5M for fueling growth.
Flatfrog, the Lund-based multi-touch hardware manufacturer, secured $6.5M in growth funding at a $23M valuation.
The investment was made by existing investors, among which Danish Sunstone Capital and Luxembourg-based Invus, as well as founder Christer Fåhraeus, through his own company Fårö Capital. Prior to this round, the company had raised almost $60M from notable investors such as Intel Capital, with a $5M round as early as April 2016.
Flatfrog, founded by Ola Wassvik and serial entrepreneur Christer Fåhraeus in 2007, manufactures products incorporating multi-touch computing and applications, owning several patented technologies. The company recorded about $6M in turnover and a loss of $18M in 2015.
