FLEEP Technologies secures €900k backed by EUREKA! Venture SGR.

FLEEP Technologies, a Milan, Italy-based startup electronics manufacturer, announced that it raised funding of €900k ($1M).

The money was raised from the Italian VC investor “Eureka! Fund I – Technology Transfer” managed by EUREKA! Venture SGR.

Proceeds will be used for the company’s development, as it aims to bring its technology to market.

FLEEP Technologies, founded in 2019 as a spinoff from the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia by CEO Giorgio Dell’Erba, develops and produces microchips that are flexible, transparent and recyclable. The company provides fully-printed and hybrid electronics solutions to the market, realizing Proof of Concept projects suited on the customer's need for disruptive innovation, with applicability in biomedical devices and packaging industries.

Prior to this round, earlier in 2020, Fleep secured €800k.
