French IT giant Sopra Steria buys Norwegian SAP implementator Solid Group.

Kjell Rusti, who is president and chief executive of Steria in Norway and Scandinavia call it a strategically important acquisitions.

- We want to enter the market for SAP-related services & Consulting. With our size, we should be a player also in the segment, says Rusti to digi.no.

Steria has 1300 employees in Norway. Solid Group has 17 employees and had a turnover of NOK 33M, with a 3M profit in 2015.
