FSN Capital announces acquisition of Kjell & Co Elektronik AB from ICA Gruppen and the its founders.

Kjell & Company, a Stockholm, Sweden-based retailer of electronics and peripherals across Sweden and Norway, announced getting into an agreement for selling the company to private equity company FSN Capital.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made through the fund FSN Capital IV with owners ICA Gruppen and the company's founders. The Founders of the company will continue to be a significant shareholder in the company going forward.

Kjell & Company, founded in Sundsvall in 1988 and led by CEO Thomas Keifer, is a leading retailer of accessories for consumer electronics in Sweden with a network of 74 stores throughout the country and online sales.
