FuturSoft from Finland, the software provider for automotive industry, gets acquired by Swedish Vitec Software Group AB

The deal, following a thorough negotiations between the two parties, moves the full capital stock of FuturSoft to Vitec.

FuturSoft will be incorporated in the Vitec Auto business segment.
