GamerzClass raised $1 million from Bumble Ventures, Vaekstfonden et all.

GamerzClass, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based operator of an online gaming community, raised $1 million in a new round of investment.

The round was led by the venture fund Bumble Ventures and includes contributions from the London-based company TrueSight Ventures, Vækstfonden and angels Ben Holmes, Kathrine Stampe Andersen and Christian Legêne.

At the same time, Kathrine Stampe Andersen and Hampus M. Nordenskjöld will join the Board, while Managing Partner in Bumble Venture, Daniel Nyvang will be chairman.

GamerzClass, founded in 2018 by CEO Victor Folmann, Oliver Nørgaard Grønne and Jonas Rosbech, operates a skill teaching platform within esports in Europe and Asia. The company has 30,000 users, partnerships with brands including Red Bull, North, Fnatic and OG and customers in over 140 countries.
