Genesis announced securing strategic investment from Citi

Genesis Global Technology Limited, a London, UK-based developer of software for the financial markets, announced that it received a strategic investment from Citi.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made via Citi's Markets FinTech Investments and SPRINT groups.

Genesis, led by CEO Stephen Murphy, developed what they call a “Low-Code Application Platform” (LCAP) which enables financial firms to accelerate the delivery of technology roadmaps with a clear focus on identifying and delivering digitization opportunities across business lines. These initiatives ultimately increase business workflow efficiencies and reduce costs not only within a firm, but also drive innovation for the benefit of the industry as a whole.
