GetAccept raised a $7 million Series A funding round led by DN Capital.

GetAccept, San Francisco, USA and Malmö, Sweden-based company providing a SAAS for automating the document workflow process, announced that it completed a $7 million Series A funding round.

The financing was led by DN Capital, and included BootstrapLabs, Y Combinator and Swedish angel investor Peter Sterky. At the same time, the company announced that Bill Macaitis, will join the company's Board of Directors. Bill Macaitis is the former CMO of Slack and Zendesk.

The new capital will be used to scale sales and marketing, and add more resources for the product development.

GetAccept, founded in 2015 by Samir Smajic (CEO), Mathias Thulin, Jonas Blanck and Carl Carell, builds software solutions for corporate sales people looking to automate the document workflow process, from the first conversation with a prospect to a signed contract.

The solution aggregates in a single platform sales items such as video, chat, proposal design, document tracking and e-signature capabilities so sales teams can closely track deal progress, prevent communication gaps and engage prospects throughout the buying process.

The company's products are in use by more than 25,000 users from clients including Samsung, Stanley and Siemens.

GetAccept is headquartered in San Francisco with a team of 80 employees across the US, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Norway and Denmark.

Prior to this, it was part of Y Combinator and upon graduation raised $1.6M from investors including Amino Capital, Magnus Emilsson and Felix Hagnö.
