Gigantic Duck AB to raise SEK 10 million from Investment AB Chiffonjén and 2M Invest.

Gigantic Duck Games, a Borås, Sweden-based game developer, announced that it has raised SEK 10 million ($1.1 million) in funding.

The money was raised from investors led by Investment AB Chiffonjén with additional funding from 2M Invest.

The proceeds will be used to furthering game development and supporting its latest title Bombergrounds: Battle Royale.

Gigantic Duck Games, founded by CEO Jimmy Nyström, released in 2020 a free-to-play mulitplayer action game Bombergrounds: Battle Royale in early access for PC and mobile devices.
