giosg raises €4,5M in capital investment from Zenith and Business Finland.
giosg, a Helsinki, Finland-based company providing a real-time analytics platform for online customers conversion announced securing a €4,5M ($5.3M) capital investment round added to the firm.
The backing comes from investors including Swedish venture capital company Zenith Ventures, through Zenith Growth I, and Finnish Business Finland.
giosg, founded in 2011 and led by CEO Ville Rissanen, developed a software solution that combines data and artificial intelligence (AI) with feature-rich technology to help convert online visitors. Their platform helps clients such as e-commerce, social shopping and online communication providers with a real-time analytics tool to find indecisive visitors and target them with the right actions - promotional popups, banners & live chat.
Prior to this deal announcement, giosg raised about $3M from investors including Business Finland and Vendep Capital.
