Golem secures a €5 million round led by OneRagtime and Maif Avenir.
Golem, a Paris, France-based SAAS developer of a solution used to automate low value-added tasks, announced completing a €5 million ($6M) capital investment round.
The money was raised from investors from France, including OneRagtime, a venture capital fund launched by Stéphanie Hospital and Jean-Marie Messier, and MAIF Avenir.
Golem, founded in 2016 by Célia Doreau, Thomas Solignac, Killian Vermersch and Guillaume Navarre, developed a software tool that aims to simplify the analysis of complex documents full of unstructured data such as calls for tenders, medical expert reports or even financial reports. Less complex but time-consuming, emails and social media posts are also in the sights of Golem.ai.
Customers include banks and insurance companies, including Allianz, Macif, Crédit Agricole.
